Marines launch "Operation Self-Esteem" in Basilan

This operation, dubbed "Operation Self Esteem", is jointly implemented by the 1st Marine Brigade and the Seal Team One of the United State Navy led by Marine Colonel Rustico Guerrero and Lieutenant Mike Uyboco (United State Navy).
