AFTER years of sponsoring delicate surgery for children with facial deformities, supporters of Operation Smile can look forward to a permanent headquarters in Cebu City.

Indigents with cleft lip or cleft palates who want to avail of free surgery through Operation Smile may now register at the Out-Patient Department of the Vicento Sotto Memorial Medical Center or at the municipal and barangay health centers in the province and in the city of Cebu.
