In order to view a feed you will need a feed reader - luckily you have access to a host of free RSS readers that work both from your desktop and from your browser. However, for ease of use we recommend the Google Reader - it's free and does everything you're likely to need. You will, however have to sign up for a Google account (if you don't already have one) but even that's pretty painless.

An additional option is available via Feedmailer - you register, submit your feeds and receive your updates via e-mail... couldn't be simpler.
